Your First Visit

What to Expect
On your first visit, Dr. Concisom will discuss your symptoms and previous health history with you, followed by a comprehensive exam that includes neurological and orthopedic tests. If necessary, x-rays will be taken.
The doctor then gives you a detailed and understandable explanation of the results of your examination and x-rays. If Dr. Concisom determines your case will benefit from chiropractic care, recommendations for optimum care are discussed. Upon your approval, treatment for your condition will begin. If your case is determined to need further diagnostic evaluation, a more specialized examination, or pharmacological treatment, you will be advised and referred to an appropriate physician.

Once patients experience the value of chiropractic, many choose to continue. How long you decide to benefit from chiropractic care is always up to you.

Safety
Treatments consist of chiropractic manipulative adjustments and physiotherapy that are tailored to your specific health needs. Dr. Concisom uses only the safest, most gentle, and effective treatment techniques. In fact, chiropractic is so safe that even newborns and the elderly can benefit from chiropractic care. The safety and effectiveness of chiropractic treatment has been studied very carefully. Both the medical profession, and more importantly, chiropractors themselves need to be completely certain that the care they provide is safe.
